SHIPPING TIMES

All shipments are fully insured and trackable. When an order is placed a Canada Post tracking number is issued. 

All prices in Canadian Dollars. We only ship to Canadian addresses.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Flat Rate - $15
  • Free shipping on orders over $150
  • Local orders - in store pick up.

PROCESSING TIMES

  • In stock items ship out the day after you place your order.
  • If your item is out of stock you will receive an email with an expected delivery date.

RETURNS

If the item is defective you will receive a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund minus original shipping cost. The merchandise must be returned at your expense.

Returns - within 14 days of shipment. Must have all tags attached, receipts enclosed and be in unused condition. We will not take back any garment which has been washed.

You must contact the store at 250 597-1415 for Return Authorization and Return Instructions.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
